I had some difficult challenges with the house I was trying to sell. Karin helped me overcome them and went above and beyond my expectations. He knowledge of the local market and marketing skills are excellent! As a result she helped me sell the house and we got what we were asking for. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Karin helped us buy our first home. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish and truly treated us like family. Karin is very knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly. She takes her time with you to make sure you completely understand the process and what to expect in the coming days. She listens and addresses any concerns you may have. She makes the experience enjoyable, exciting and reassuring. This review comes from the perspective of a parent who was involved in both of my children’s first time home purchases that Karin helped to secure. I would highly recommend Karin.....she is phenomenal.

Karin is one of my favorite people to work with of all time. She made the stressful process of being a first time home buyer something that was manageable for an overwhelmed newly married and pregnant gal like me! I love that Karin is always there to turn to now too after this process is said and done. She has so much home knowledge that I feel like my husband and I got an education in homeownership! She also managed our expectations perfectly so we never felt like our hopes were too high or completely hopeless. If I had to buy a home all over again- I would choose Karin and I would choose her every single time.
